Feedback and complaints
TLScontact strives to provide an efficient and professional service to our customers.
If you desire to submit a feedback, a suggestion or a complaint about TLScontact services in our visa application centre or through our call centre, you can do so in one of the following manners:
- fill in our online survey, accessing link will be sent to you by email after you have submitted your application.
- fill in the contact form online.
We will take your complaint seriously, and will try to respond to you within three business days, providing either a substantive response to your message or informing you of when you can expect to receive a substantive reply.
Please note that TLScontact does not make any decisions relating to your visa applications. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with the outcome of our response or you wish to complain about the outcome of your visa application or your interactions with an officer of the consular authority, submissions should be sent directly to the consular authority :
